Ed Gistaro

Former CEO, Docucon Imaging Services, Inc.

Ed Gistaro has 45 years of management experience across several industries including technology, manufacturing, and business services. Most recently, Ed was the CEO of Docucon Imaging Services, an industry leader in document conversion services. Ed helped take DocuCon public and served as CEO until he retired in 1998. From 1973 until 1987, Ed held various management positions at Datapoint Corporation including CEO, CFO, president and chief operating officer. During his tenure with Datapoint, the company grew from $16 million in revenues to over $600 million and employed over 9,000 people world-wide. Ed has also held various management positions with RCA, Computer Control Corp., Honeywell, and Harris Corporation. Ed currently serves as a Director for ASI Energy, a public company. Ed received his BSEE degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Randy Lieberman

CFO & VP of Corporate Development, Apptricity Corporation

Randy Lieberman has over 15 years experience in finance, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Apptricity, Randy led Apptricity's initial institutional capital raise as a general partner with Quarry Venture Partners. Before Quarry, Randy was a partner with Vision Capital Partners and a vice president with Chase Securities Inc. (NYSE: JPM), where he structured and executed numerous merger, acquisition and project finance transactions in energy and real estate. Randy’s background also includes sales and marketing in the consumer packaged goods industry while at Nestle (ADR: NSRGY). Randy received his MBA from University of Texas at Austin and his BSM degree from Tulane University.

Kevin’s for profit experience includes an allied healthcare staffing and product service company based in Dallas, TX where he served as Vice President, The nation's largest Physician Recruiting Firm based in Irving, TX where he served as a Senior Consultant, a manufacturing company for the commercial coatings industry based in Huntington, IN where he served as President and a Majority Shareholder, NurseAmerica® L.L.C., Dallas, TX, a web-based nurse staffing company where he was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Majority Share Holder and VSXrealtime™ L.L.C., www.vsxrealtime.com, Dallas, TX, a web-based a variable staff and resource management software technology company where he was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer majority shareholder. In October 2006 Kevin founded It’s Feasible, www.itsfeasible.com where he serves as President and Chief Idea Evangelist.
