time and attendance information in support of
compensation calculations and reporting
requirements. In addition, worker
performance rankings and supporting information
for each shift can be captured and tracked for
improved personnel management capabilities.
Conductor™ can calculate resulting worker
compensation from the time and attendance
information captured. Alternatively, Conductor™
is easily integrated with existing payroll, HRIS,
and ERP systems as required by each client.
Worker Check-In
With Conductor™, managers can electronically
check-in workers in a matter of seconds.
Scheduled job shifts for each worker are easily
accessed by authorized managers upon check-in
time and managers simply need to record the
actual check-in time for each shift.

Worker Check-Out
For worker check-out, managers record the actual
check-out time in Conductor™ for each job shift.
Optionally, clients may elect to also capture
additional details including break time and
orientation time for proper compensation
calculations. In addition, Conductor™ allows
mangers to capture and document worker
performance for each shift. In addition to
providing an ongoing secure electronic record of
performance, this information can then be used
for subsequent hiring decisions for each worker.
