Flexible Indexing Options

Each document that is uploaded to IntelliSite is automatically processed through the system's optical character recognition (OCR) engine to enable full text search capabilities. Additional indexing options are also available including barcode scanning and low-cost data entry.

Document Conversion Services

For conversion of paper documents and files to electronic format, InSite offers a full suite of document imaging services to meet the unique needs of each client:

	Desktop imaging - IntelliSite provides browser scanning capabilities and scanning controls that can be imbedded into existing applications for direct scanning to the IntelliSite system.
	Conversion facility - InSite provides state-of-the-art scanning services for backfile conversion projects and day-forward document processing. Our conversion facility is equipped with the latest imaging technology and meets rigorous government compliance standards for security and document processing.
	Network scanners - InSite offers a managed network imaging service for deployment of scanners at client locations. For situations where documents must remain on premise or where it is more cost-effective for organizations perform imaging activities onsite, InSite installs and remotely manages network scanners that are configured to the needs of each document application.
