Automated Compensation Calculation and Payroll
Processing
Conductor™ enables employers to configure unique
pay structures for each worker, facility, and
agency. In addition, Conductor™ can be
configured to automatically calculate
compensation for a range of pay structures
including salary pay, hourly pay, overtime pay,
job shift pay, job completion pay, training pay,
event pay, etc.
After the employer confirms completion of
necessary work tasks in the system, proper
compensation is automatically calculated and
through integration with an existing payroll
system, necessary supporting information can be
delivered electronically for appropriate payment
to worker, facility, or agency. Alternatively,
Conductor™ can be configured to automatically
make Automated Clearing House (ACH) electronic
payments for an employer thereby eliminating all
manual processing — and employers are still
provided with full compensation reporting and
audit capabilities. This payroll approach is
especially useful for employers such as staffing
companies that want to eliminate costs
associated with floating payroll until monies
are collected from clients. Immediate electronic
payment also increases worker satisfaction.
Automated Expense Report Management
Conductor™ provides workers, facilities, and
agencies with the ability to electronically
submit expense reports to an employer. Using
flexible expense report templates in Conductor™,
employers can establish and manage necessary
expense reports for each type of worker,
facility, and agency. Submitted expense reports
are electronically routed to management for
review and approval. Upon employer final
approval, Conductor™ can electronically deliver
necessary payment information to the employer's
accounting system for payment. This paperless
process significantly reduces processing costs,
provides a secure electronic repository for all
expense report information, and enables workers
to monitor the progress of processing through
payment.
