Worker Enrollment
Upon successful qualification by the
employer, workers are automatically enrolled in
the system and are eligible to receive offers
for job opportunities. Upon enrollment, workers
are able to easily set their schedule
preferences for job opportunities in terms of
desired work locations and work hours.
Preferences can be set for each hour of the day
and each day of the week as either unavailable
to work, automatic acceptance of any job offer
regardless of day/hour of the week, or to be
prompted for a decision on whether to work on a
offer-by-offer basis.

Facility Enrollment
Upon successful qualification,
employers can electronically enroll and
designate facilities as eligible work locations.
The profile and resources available at each
facility are captured for proper scheduling of
job opportunities. As part of the scheduling
process, employers designate facility
requirements and only those facilities with
matching resources will be eligible for job
opportunities.

Agency Enrollment
Employers can electronically enroll
and designate agencies as eligible vendors. Once
enrolled, similar to individual workers,
agencies are able to receive notifications of
job opportunities and can fill such
opportunities with available agency staff. In
addition, agencies can utilize Conductor™ to
manage agency staff in that same way that
employers manage internal company staff.
