Qualification
Step 1: Worker Registration
With Conductor™, candidates can quickly and
easily apply/register to become approved workers
with employers. Candidates are provided with a
web address that contains an electronic
registration form(s) — and in many cases,
clients easily integrate the registration form
as part of their corporate website. In addition
to completing all necessary form fields, if the
employer requires supporting documentation for
consideration, the candidate is directed to
print out a unique bar-coded fax cover sheet
provided on the electronic registration form.
The candidate then simply faxes the printed
cover sheet along with the required supporting
documentation. Alternatively, candidates can
upload electronic files of supporting
documentation if available.
Step 2: Worker Qualification
Upon completion of the electronic registration
form, candidate information is electronically
routed to the employer for review and decision.
If any supporting documentation is uploaded or
faxed by the candidate, electronic copies of all
documentation is automatically attached to each
electronic application for easy processing. To
further minimize traditional manual processing
inefficiencies, Conductor™ is also easily
integrated with credentialing or licensing
databases for automatic validation of candidate
information. Not only can this database
validation occur during the initial
qualification process, but Conductor™ can be
configured to automatically conduct ongoing
database validations for each worker to ensure
ongoing compliance with necessary
certifications. Workers that fall out of
compliance with required certifications can be
suspended from further job scheduling until
compliance is achieved.

Facility Qualification
In addition to worker qualification, Conductor™
enables companies to qualify work facilities.
Many employers maintain strict guidelines of
required work site conditions that must be met
before authorizing any job scheduling. To
qualify facilities, Conductor™ enables companies
to electronically schedule facility visits by
authorized personnel for premise inspection.
After facility inspection, inspectors complete
an electronic form to report findings. The
electronic form information is then routed to
management for final review and decision. |
